About Rachel

I began meditating 25 years ago, exploring diverse meditation practices as part of my spiritual journey. This path led me to teach, and in 2016, I started running weekly meditation groups in the U.S. and became a meditation instructor for a nonprofit.

Speech & Language Therapy

I started my career as a Speech & Language Therapist, working in neurology within major hospitals and private practices in London. I focused on diagnosing and treating adults with brain injuries, neurological disorders, and complex illness, helping with speech, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Counseling patients through profound change and end-of-life issues was also a significant part of my role.

Energy Healing

I completed Reiki attunements, reaching Reiki Master in 2012, and trained in  trance healing and mediumship at the Arthur Findley College.

Spiritual Development and Travel

To enrich my spiritual practice, I attended meditation retreats across the UK, completed a Vipassana meditation retreat in a Sri Lankan monastery, and visited sacred sites like Machu Picchu and Mount Shasta.

Influence of Dr. Joe Dispenza

Since 2016 I have been heavily influenced by the work of Dr Joe Dispenza, who’s ‘Formula’ to meditation and mental rehearsal has been life changing. His vast amounts of scientific data is providing groundbreaking evidence and information about the significant changes that occur in the brains of meditators and notably, novice meditators. The healing testimonials alone are simply astounding. You can find a link for them here.
